Coffee Origin & Characteristics
Origin Region
Santa Teresa, La Convención, Cusco — a unique coffee-growing region in the Peruvian Andes surrounded by cloud forests, mountains, and rich biodiversity near Machu Picchu.
Altitude
Our coffees are cultivated between 1,800 and 2,300 meters above sea level, allowing slow cherry maturation and the development of complex cup profiles with vibrant acidity, sweetness, and clarity.
Coffee Varieties
We work with traditional and high-value Arabica varieties including Geisha, Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, and selected experimental cultivars.
Processing Methods
Primarily washed coffees with controlled fermentation, alongside selected honey and experimental fermentation processes depending on harvest conditions and buyer requirements.
Cup Quality
Our coffees range from 84 to 90+ SCA points, evaluated through professional cupping sessions by internal and external certified Q Graders.
Harvest Season
Harvest takes place between April and August with selective hand-picking of ripe cherries to ensure consistency and cup quality.
Packaging
Export packaging includes 69 kg jute bags with GrainPro liners, vacuum-packed microlots, or customized packaging solutions upon request.
