At Wild Coffee Peru, we are a company with experience in the direct export of specialty coffees, working hand in hand with local producers from Santa Teresa, Cusco. Our mission is to connect origin with the world’s most demanding markets, ensuring traceability, quality, and transparent, sustainable trade relationships.
We have experience exporting to markets such as Europe and the United States, meeting international standards for physical and sensory quality.
Origin and Characteristics
Region of origin:
Santa Teresa, La Convención, Cusco – a high jungle area with unique conditions for growing specialty coffee.
Altitude:
Our coffees grow between 1800 and 2300 meters above sea level, allowing the development of complex cup profiles with good acidity, sweetness, and balanced body.
Varieties:
We work with traditional and high-value varieties such as Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, Geisha, and others under genetic selection.
Processes:
Traditional washed process with controlled fermentation
Cup score:
Our lots have cup scores ranging from 84 to 90+ SCA points, evaluated by internal and external Q Graders.
Harvest:
Harvesting is done manually from April to August, selecting only ripe cherries to ensure cup quality.
Packaging:
69 kg jute bags with inner GrainPro liner or other customized formats upon request.

Quality control and in-house lab
We ensure consistent and exceptional coffees through our in-house lab in Santa Teresa, Cusco.
- Physical analysis: moisture, defects, size, density.
- Professional cuppings by certified Q Graders.
- We only export coffees with 84+ SCA points.
- Post-harvest process monitoring: fermentation, drying, and storage.
- Reference samples stored by lot.
Traceability and transparency
Each lot we export is accurately documented to ensure a direct connection from farm to cup.
- Detailed information: producer, community, variety, altitude, and process.
- Complete technical sheet per lot and cup profile.
- Photos and story of the coffee and the producer.
- Direct relationships between importers and producers.
- Unique lot codes for tracking and monitoring.
